Do you accept insurance?
Yes—we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Aetna. We’ll verify your benefits before our first session and help you understand your coverage.
What if I don’t want to do cold plunge or Sauna?
That’s totally fine. Contrast therapy is optional and offered as a self-pay wellness add-on. Many clients choose talk therapy only—and it’s very effective.
What is the Reset Protocol?
The Reset Protocol is a 90-minute session that starts with 50 minutes of talk therapy, followed by 30–45 minutes of contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge). It’s designed to help you process emotions, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling mentally and physically renewed.
What Should I expect from our first session?
The first session is about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll go at your pace, and there’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready.
What if I’ve never done therapy or cold exposure?
No problem—we’ll walk you through everything. You don’t need to be experienced or “in shape” to start. Just bring a willingness to show up.
Can I do just the cold plunge or sauna without therapy?
Our wellness services are designed to support therapy, not replace it. If you’re interested in contrast therapy alone, we’re happy to refer you to community options.
